June 7, 2023 – A recent leak from @All_The_Watts has unveiled the first 3DMark benchmark scores for the AMD Radeon RX 7800M XT mobile graphics card, showcasing its superior performance compared to its predecessor, the RX 6800.
Furthermore, the source has also revealed specifications for other AMD mobile graphics cards based on the Navi32 architecture, marking the first exposure of the Navi 32 chip used in the AMD Radeon RX 7700/7800 series.
Based on the benchmark results, the RX 7800M XT achieved a score of 17842 in Time Spy, placing it on par with the desktop RTX 4070 (note: RTX 4070 scored 17736, RTX 3080 10GB scored 17832, and RX 6800 XT scored 17275).
According to the information provided, the AMD RX 7800M XT features 60 Compute Units (CU) and is equipped with 16GB of VRAM. It has a maximum rated power consumption of 165W, with peak power reaching up to 189W.
As per previous leaks, the Radeon RX 7800 XT utilizes the smaller Navi 32 GPU, which consists of 60 CU and 7,680 shader cores.
