June 26, 2024 – Amazon has confirmed that Prime Day will return on July 16th at 3:00 PM Beijing time and continue until July 17th. This marks the tenth edition of the highly-anticipated Prime Day event.
Currently, an Amazon Prime membership costs 14.99permonthor139 per year. Eligible customers can also enjoy a 30-day free trial.
In addition, Amazon has announced the return of its “Back to School” campaign, offering various discounts to parents, students, and teachers, including same-day delivery. This service is currently available to customers in over 110 metropolitan areas in the United States.
Young adults and college students aged 18-24 can trial Prime Student for six months, followed by a monthly fee of 7.49oranannualfeeof69 to maintain their Prime membership.
According to Amazon, customers saved nearly 24billionthroughdealsandcouponslastyear,withPrimemembersaccountingforthemajorityofthesesavings.Thisincluded2.5 billion saved during Prime Day 2023.
