August 02, 2024 – Apple CEO Tim Cook announced during the company’s fiscal third-quarter earnings call that the tech giant has already reached out to regulatory bodies to launch its Apple Intelligence service in Europe and China.
During the call for the second quarter ending June 29, 2024, when questioned about the international rollout of Apple Intelligence, particularly in the European and Chinese markets, Cook assured global Apple users that they would all have access to the service. However, he did not divulge any specific details.

Cook emphasized that Apple is currently engaging with regulatory authorities and will proceed with the deployment of Apple Intelligence based on local regulatory requirements.
In his response, Cook stated, “As you might have guessed, we have engaged with the two regulatory bodies you mentioned. Our goal is to provide Apple Intelligence to all Apple users as quickly as possible. However, we must first understand the requirements of the regulatory agencies before we can commit to achieving this objective and establish a timeline for its implementation.”
