The tech giant has secured a deal to provide Preferred Networks with a comprehensive, turnkey semiconductor solution dubbed Interposer-Cube S (I-Cube S), leveraging cutting-edge 2nm GAA process technology and advanced 2.5D packaging techniques.
This collaboration aims to empower Preferred Networks in developing potent AI accelerator chips, catering to the escalating computational demands of generative AI applications.
