December 06, 2023 – Panasonic Unveils the LUMIX G100D: A Compact Mirrorless Camera
Panasonic has recently announced the launch of the LUMIX G100D, a modified version of the LUMIX G100 camera.
The LUMIX G100D is a compact and lightweight Micro Four Thirds (M43) interchangeable lens camera, weighing approximately 346g. It features a 20.3-megapixel LiveMOS sensor and is powered by the Venus engine, enabling it to support impressive 4K 30p video recording.
One of the standout features of this camera is its five-axis hybrid image stabilization, ensuring steady shots even in challenging shooting conditions. It also comes equipped with a USB Type-C interface, making it convenient to power the camera using a portable charger. Additionally, it features the same 2.36-million-dot electronic viewfinder (EVF) found in the LUMIX S5.
The LUMIX G100D will be available as a kit with two zoom lenses, including a standard zoom lens and a telephoto zoom lens. This kit is set to hit the market on January 26, 2024, providing photography enthusiasts with a versatile and compact camera solution.
