The cases suggest that the iPhone 17 Air will adopt a “horizontal camera bar” design, a stark departure from the traditional rounded-rectangle camera layout seen on previous iPhone models. The sleek device is also rumored to boast an impressive thickness of just 5.5 millimeters.
The cases indicate that the iPhone 17 Air’s rear camera module will span the width of the phone in a horizontal strip, closely resembling the design of Google’s Pixel smartphones. This innovation places the single camera lens on the left side and the flash on the right, maintaining the ultra-thin and minimalist aesthetic of the 5.5mm body.
Furthermore, the bottom left of the cases features cutouts for the MagSafe interface and operational buttons, potentially indicating volume controls or a mute switch.
