July 31, 2026 –Chinese humanoid robotics pioneer Agibot Innovation has rolled out a surprise mid-year bonus package for all eligible full-time staff, including former employees, as the firm notched over-target performance in the first half of 2026.
The special performance incentive, unveiled at the company’s all-staff mid-year meeting on July 30, grants each qualifying employee an extra full month of base salary, which will be disbursed alongside the regular July payroll.

Eligibility covers all full-time staff (including co-creation role members) who were on the company roster at any point between January 1 and June 30, 2026. For team members who joined or left the firm within this six-month window, the bonus amount will be calculated proportionally based on their actual working days during the period.
Agibot’s management noted the decision comes as a direct recognition of the team’s outstanding dedication, designed to let every contributor share the gains from the firm’s explosive growth trajectory.
Founded in 2023, the Shanghai-based robotics firm is led by CEO Deng Taihua and President & CTO Peng Zhihui, widely known online by his alias “Zhihui Jun”. Its production milestones have been accelerating at an unprecedented pace: the 5,000th general-purpose embodied robot rolled off the assembly line last December, the 10,000th unit of the Expedition A3 model followed in March 2026, and the 15,000th unit of the Spirit G2 model completed mass production in June this year.
According to market tracker Omdia, Agibot shipped more than 5,100 general-purpose humanoid robots in 2025, claiming the top global ranking with a 39% share of the worldwide humanoid robotics market.
