November 02, 2024 – Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products has announced their plans to produce 10 limited-edition Batman Tumblers, priced at $2.99 million each, according to a report published by carscoops on November 1st.
These Batman Tumblers, inspired by the iconic vehicles from the Batman films, will be equipped with a powerful 6.2-liter LS3 V8 engine, capable of generating 525 horsepower and 486 pound-feet of torque.
Each Tumbler will feature a tubular chassis crafted from aviation-grade steel, while the body panels will be constructed from a combination of Kevlar, carbon fiber, fiberglass, and thin steel. This unique blend of materials ensures both durability and lightness, essential for a vehicle of this caliber.
The design of these Batman Tumblers stays true to the ones seen in the movies, even featuring a replica jet engine at the rear. Although interior photos have not been released yet, customers will have the option to customize the interior décor. Some of the main features include a black headliner, five-point racing harnesses, and multiple displays.
Weighing in at 5,511 pounds, this massive six-wheeled vehicle promises to be an impressive addition to any collection. However, patience is key as each Tumbler takes approximately 15 months to produce. The market’s reception to this luxury collector’s item remains to be seen, but one thing is certain: the Batman Tumbler is sure to turn heads wherever it goes.
