January 24, 2024 – At CES 2024, Lenovo unveiled the ThinkBook Plus Gen 5 Hybrid, a groundbreaking device that has already garnered an impressive 61 awards, making it the most decorated Lenovo product in the show’s history.
The ThinkBook Plus Gen 5 Hybrid is touted as the world’s first hybrid personal computing solution, seamlessly transitioning between laptop and tablet modes while offering a dual experience of both Windows and Android operating systems.
Users can enjoy the flexibility of using it as two separate devices or combine them into a laptop, facilitating an effortless switch between Windows 11 and Android.
This innovative hybrid comes with two components: the ThinkBook Plus Gen 5 Hybrid Station, which can be used independently when connected to an external display, and the ThinkBook Plus Gen 5 Hybrid Tab, which can be detached and used on its own.
Both devices are equipped with long-lasting batteries that intelligently manage power supply, Wi-Fi connectivity, and wireless projection onto supported external displays, enabling users to multitask more efficiently for extended periods, often without the need for cables.
Powering this hybrid is a robust Core Ultra processor, delivering hybrid AI computing capabilities. It unlocks a new era of AI PC experience through enhanced artificial intelligence applications. Additionally, it embeds Lenovo’s proprietary LA3 AI chip, which optimizes power allocation intelligently. When used as a tablet, it leverages a Qualcomm chipset.
