December 05, 2023 – Sneak Peek at the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra
In a recent media leak, the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra has been unveiled, shedding light on its industrial design and specifications ahead of its official launch. When compared to its predecessor, the most significant change in the Galaxy S24 Ultra is the upgrade of its chassis to titanium alloy, making it the only flagship 5G device in the Android camp to feature this premium material.
The device will be available in four stunning color options, namely Titanium Black, Titanium Gray, Titanium Purple, and Titanium Yellow.
In terms of its core specifications, the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra boasts a 6.8-inch 2K OLED display, powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen3 mobile platform, and comes equipped with 12GB of RAM, with storage options going up to a massive 1TB. Keeping it running all day is a robust 5000mAh battery.
Turning our attention to the camera system, the Galaxy S24 Ultra features a 12-megapixel front camera and an impressive rear camera setup, including a 200-megapixel primary shooter, a 10-megapixel telephoto lens, a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto lens, and a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens. The camera system is also supported by OIS (Optical Image Stabilization) for steady and clear shots.
Scheduled for an official launch in January, the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra is set to compete directly with the iPhone 15 Pro Max, which also boasts a titanium alloy construction. Given its Ultra designation, the Galaxy S24 Ultra is expected to be priced above the ten-thousand-yuan mark, making it a premium offering in the smartphone market.
