Restock Alert: 512GB Model of Coral Pixel Fold Now Available in the US

May 29, 2023 – A Pixel Fold smartphone with a foldable display was unveiled by Google at the I/O 2023 conference, sparking excitement among tech enthusiasts. The device immediately opened for pre-orders, and the high-end model featuring 512GB of storage briefly experienced a “sold out” status in the United States. However, the availability of the 512GB variant, exclusively offered in Obsidian Black, has since been replenished, with a price tag of $1,919 USD (approximately 13,567 CNY). Currently, the eagerly awaited Coral variant of the Pixel Fold, featuring a 256GB storage option, is marked as “out of stock, waiting for restock” and priced at $1,799 USD (approximately 12,719 CNY).

Prior to its official release on June 27th, the 512GB version of the Pixel Fold continues to accept pre-orders in three other major markets: the United Kingdom, Germany, and Japan.

In terms of specifications, the Google Pixel Fold smartphone boasts a proprietary Tensor G2 chip and is equipped with a 4,821mAh battery that supports 30W fast charging. The device features a 5.8-inch OLED outer display with an aspect ratio of 17.4:9, a resolution of 2092×1080, a refresh rate of 120Hz, and a peak brightness of 1550 nits. The inner foldable display measures 7.6 inches, with an aspect ratio of 6:5, a resolution of 2208×1840, a refresh rate of 120Hz, and a peak brightness of 1450 nits. The folding mechanism allows for seamless transitioning between folded and unfolded states. The outer display is equipped with a 9.5MP camera, while the inner display features an 8MP camera. On the rear, the Pixel Fold sports a triple-camera setup, including a 48MP primary camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), a 10.8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 10.8MP telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom capabilities.

As the Pixel Fold continues to generate anticipation among consumers, Google aims to deliver a cutting-edge folding smartphone experience with its innovative design and powerful features.
