Hikrobot Hits Global No.1 Milestone With Its 200,000th Mobile Robot Offline

July 7, 2026 – Hikrobot has officially announced that its 200,000th mobile robot rolled off the production line today, with the milestone unit being an F4 fork-type autonomous mobile robot (AMR).

The brand’s cumulative production volume stood at only 180,000 units just two months ago, marking an output of an extra 20,000 robots within this short timeframe. This sharp production surge reflects booming market appetite alongside rapidly expanded manufacturing capacity at Hikrobot’s facilities.

In the domestic Chinese market, one out of every three mobile robots deployed comes from Hikrobot. The firm also secured the top global market share ranking for mobile AMRs back in 2025.

Hikrobot kicked off its robotics research and development program in 2014. After over a decade of technical iteration, its product portfolio now boasts more than 1,000 distinct models spanning latent transport, fork handling, heavy-load delivery, bin moving and other categories. Its diversified lineup caters to diverse operational demands, ranging from lightweight transfer tasks in compact warehouses to heavy-duty material transportation for automotive and photovoltaic manufacturing plants.

All core supporting software systems, including navigation modules, fleet scheduling platforms and motion control programs, are independently developed in-house. Multiple rounds of algorithm upgrades have polished these systems to enable seamless collaborative operations: fleets of robots can dynamically dodge obstacles and calculate optimal travel paths without operational conflicts.

Hikrobot’s robotic solutions have been widely rolled out across over a thousand niche industrial sectors in mass quantities, covering 3C electronics, lithium battery production, express logistics warehousing, pharmaceutical manufacturing and retail supermarket distribution. The enterprise has built partnerships with more than 20,000 clients worldwide.

Looking at its growth timeline, the brand spent eight years hitting the 100,000-unit production threshold from scratch, yet it took merely two additional years to double that figure and reach the new 200,000-unit milestone, showcasing an accelerating growth trajectory year after year.

As smart transformation gains momentum across manufacturing and logistics sectors worldwide, the overall mobile robot market is poised for consistent expansion. Moving forward, Hikrobot plans to keep enriching its product lineup to match evolving requirements from emerging intelligent production and warehousing scenarios.
