July 31, 2025 – Microsoft has just unveiled its financial results for the fourth quarter and the entire 2025 fiscal year. The company’s performance in the fourth fiscal quarter was quite impressive, with revenues reaching 76.441billion,markingan1827.233 billion, a significant 24% jump year – on – year, and diluted earnings per share also rose by 24% to $3.65. It should be noted that Microsoft’s fiscal year does not align with the calendar year.
When looking at the performance of different departments in the fourth fiscal quarter of 2025, the Microsoft Productivity and Business Processes segment shone brightly. It generated revenues of 33.112billion,a1618.993 billion.

The Microsoft Intelligent Cloud department also had a strong showing. Its revenues hit 29.878billion,up2612.140 billion.
The Personal Computing business, although with a relatively smaller growth rate compared to the other two segments, still made progress. Its revenues were 13.451billion,a93.190 billion.
For the entire 2025 fiscal year, Microsoft continued its upward trajectory. Total revenues amounted to 281.724billion,a15128.528 billion, up 17%, and net income was $101.832 billion, a 16% increase from the previous year.
