July 31, 2025 – Qualcomm has just unveiled its financial results for the third quarter of fiscal year 2025. The report reveals that the company’s revenue for this quarter reached 10.365billion,markinga102.666 billion, a 25% jump compared to the same period last year. Diluted earnings per share stood at $2.43, up by 29% year – on – year. It should be noted that Qualcomm’s fiscal year does not align with the calendar year.
In terms of revenue sources, revenue from devices and services in the third quarter was 8.893billion,showingan117.993 billion in the previous year. Revenue from licensing also saw an uptick, reaching 1.472billion,upfrom1.4 billion in the corresponding period last year.

Qualcomm CDMA Technologies Group reported a revenue of 8.993billioninthethirdquarter,a116.328 billion, a 7% increase. The automotive chip business generated 984millioninrevenue,asignificant211.681 billion in revenue, up by 24% year – on – year.
Qualcomm Technology Licensing Group’s revenue for the third quarter was $1.318 billion, a 4% year – on – year increase.
For the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025, Qualcomm has provided revenue projections. The company expects its overall revenue to be in the range of 10.3billionto11.1 billion, with an average of 10.7billion.Specifically,revenuefortheCDMATechnologiesGroupisanticipatedtobebetween9 billion and 9.6billion,whiletheTechnologyLicensingGroup′srevenueisforecasttobeintherangeof1.25 billion to $1.45 billion.
