This patent signifies another step forward in enhancing the interaction capabilities of devices such as the Vision Pro headset and other related Apple products.

Accompanying the patent is an illustrative diagram from Apple, which includes elements marked as 4A and 4B representing a gaze-location indicator (#499). This indicator serves as a visual cue, presenting various available actions that users can activate through gestures.

As outlined in Apple’s patent, there are several demonstration examples showcasing the functionality of this technology. For instance, after wearing the Vision Pro headset, users can simply tap their knee with a finger to turn on a desk lamp on their office desk.
