March 31, 2025 – Apple CEO Tim Cook announced today that the tech giant will donate an undisclosed sum to support relief efforts in Myanmar and Thailand following the devastating earthquakes that struck the region.
In a post on social media, Cook expressed, “Our thoughts are with everyone in Myanmar and Thailand who has been impacted by this catastrophic earthquake.”
Apple has a history of contributing to the Red Cross in the aftermath of major natural disasters worldwide, and this donation to the earthquake relief efforts in Myanmar and Thailand continues that tradition.
