July 04, 2024 – French camera manufacturer Pixii has recently unveiled its latest offering, the Pixii Max full-frame camera, marking a significant addition to its product line.

The new camera maintains compatibility with Leica M-mount lenses, appealing to photographers who value versatility and a wide range of lens options. Under the hood, the Pixii Max is equipped with a powerful 24.5 MP full-frame sensor, capable of capturing exquisite details and vibrant colors.
A notable feature of the Pixii Max is its ability to shoot RAW format photos in native black and white, providing photographers with a unique creative tool for capturing monochrome images with exceptional quality.

In terms of design, the Pixii Max comes in two elegant color options, catering to individual preferences. The camera integrates digital rangefinding, enabling swift manual focusing, although it’s worth noting that it doesn’t offer autofocus functionality.
Interestingly, the Pixii Max continues the tradition of relying solely on the viewfinder for shooting, eschewing the trend of large screens. Additionally, the camera doesn’t include an SD card reader, instead opting to save photos directly to its built-in storage. Users can choose between 32GB and 128GB storage options, depending on their needs.
As of July 5th, the Pixii Max is available for pre-order on the company’s official website. Pricing starts at 3999 euros for the 32GB flash memory version and 4249 euros for the 128GB variant.
For more detailed information, visitors can explore the Pixii website, although some pages are currently undergoing maintenance. Despite this, the announcement of the Pixii Max has already generated significant buzz among photography enthusiasts eager to get their hands on this innovative new camera.
