December 15, 2025 – According to a report by Bloomberg on the 12th of this month local time, Intel is in advanced negotiations with AI chip firm SambaNova regarding a potential acquisition deal, with the transaction potentially being finalized as early as next month. However, the situation remains fluid as SambaNova has also inked letters of intent with other potential financial investors.
During the ongoing in-depth talks with Intel, the combined total of SambaNova’s enterprise value and outstanding debts amounts to approximately 1.6billion.Thisfigurestandsinstarkcontrasttothecompany′spreviouspeakvaluationof5 billion.
