Given Apple’s dominant position in the industry, the launch of its first foldable iPhone is expected to significantly boost the entire foldable smartphone market.
In terms of specifications, rumors suggest that Apple’s first foldable iPhone will feature a 7.8-inch inner screen with virtually no visible creases, along with a 5.5-inch outer screen. The device is also rumored to have a titanium body, a durable liquid metal hinge, dual rear cameras, and will adopt Touch ID fingerprint recognition technology instead of the Face ID facial recognition currently used in iPhones.
