March 30, 2026 – DeepSeek’s servers are now back online, allowing users to resume their conversations through both the web platform and the mobile app without any issues.

The service disruption began around 10 p.m. on March 29 and lasted for over 12 hours, causing widespread access problems across the platform. During this period, users attempting to use DeepSeek’s web interface or app were repeatedly greeted with “Server Busy” messages. Some even saw prompts like “Please check your network and try again” after performing operations, while key features such as dialogue and content generation were rendered nearly useless. A significant number of users also faced difficulties logging in or had their conversations abruptly cut off.
According to information released on DeepSeek’s official status page, the technical team immediately launched an investigation and repair operation as soon as the issue emerged. After multiple rounds of troubleshooting and continuous monitoring, a full recovery was achieved by early afternoon today, with all platform functions gradually returning to normal.
As of now, DeepSeek has not yet disclosed the specific cause of this service outage to the public.
