Cook Confirms: Apple’s AI to Integrate More Third – Party Suppliers

October 31, 2025 – During today’s fourth – quarter earnings call, Apple CEO Tim Cook sat down for an interview with CNBC and shared his insights on the company’s current status in the AI arena.

Cook revealed that Apple has plans to incorporate an increasing number of third – party AI tools into its operating systems. “Our aim is to integrate with more partners over time,” he stated.

Currently, Apple’s Siri has already been connected to ChatGPT. There are also rumors circulating that the integration of Google’s Gemini is in the works. Moreover, there have been continuous speculations about potential collaborations with Anthropic and Perplexity.

Last year, Craig Federighi, Apple’s senior vice president of software, hinted that the company might integrate with different models in the future, such as Google’s Gemini.

Cook further announced that Apple is on track to roll out an “AI – upgraded” version of Siri next year. During the earnings call, he added that Apple has made “good progress” on Siri. The company is also still considering using mergers and acquisitions to advance its AI roadmap. “We’re open to M&A if we believe it can accelerate our development path,” Cook said, echoing Apple’s statement in July.

According to Apple’s latest financial results, in the fourth fiscal quarter (the third quarter of the year), the company achieved a record – breaking revenue of $102.5 billion, marking an 8% year – on – year increase.
