Dongchedi, Auto Platform, Eyes Hong Kong IPO This Year with 1B−1.5B Fundraising Goal

February 27, 2026 – According to sources, Beijing Dongchedi Technology Co., Ltd. is contemplating launching an initial public offering (IPO) in Hong Kong, China, as early as this year. At present, the company is in the process of looking for banks to aid in the potential stock issuance.

An anonymous insider revealed that the firm might raise between 1billionand1.5 billion through this offering.

Public records show that Dongchedi was established in 2017. It was spun off from ByteDance Ltd. in 2023. Another insider disclosed that in 2024, the company had already secured approximately 600millioninfunding,withitsvaluationnearing3 billion. Among its investors are General Atlantic, Sequoia Capital China, KKR & Co., and Gaorong Capital.
